My Approach

CONNECTION AND LOVE OF HUMANITY

Touch is so important to us as human beings. I find that a lot of people who wouldn’t necessarily like to give a hug, or be touched by others, actually find a massage or Reiki treatment so beneficial to them. There they find ‘connection’.

Everything and everyone is energy. We are all connected energetically – and when giving massage or Reiki I get an increased ‘awareness’ of that person. Each meeting is an exchange of energy.

Each treatment I give, is given with a whole lot of love, and a belief that I can help anyone to heal themselves, if they are willing to put the time in and make the changes necessary. The body does not want to be in a state of dis-ease. And perhaps by helping people to open up, to connect back to themselves I can offer help in starting the healing process.

No treatment is ever the same. It is ‘Holistic’. It is about the mind/body/spirit connection. There is always discussion, positivity, truth and advice given if necessary.

I absolutely love what I do – I have found my soul purpose, to help people, to be there for them, especially in these most challenging times.
