Reiki is a Japanese word that means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki benefits us by bringing balance and harmony to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of our being.
You remain fully clothed as I channel the healing energy to where it is needed. It can do no harm. This is a beautiful emotionally balancing treatment.

Distant Reiki The Reiki healing energy can be moved over time and space. This means that you can stay in the comfort of your own home, and at a pre-determined time I will send healing to you. Cost £20 for 30 mins /3 sessions £55 (save £5)/6 sessions £105 (save £15).

Reiki Massage Receive the benefits of energy healing along with gentle massage. This soothing and balancing treatment usually involves back, neck, head, hands and feet, although this can be adapted for your specific needs.

Holistic Massage is a natural therapy that promotes overall well-being. Using my experience and intuition, a variety of massage techniques, perhaps essential oils, Reiki or sound therapy, I will treat the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the person as a whole. This brings the nervous system into balance, and so encourages your body’s self-healing potential.

Oncology Massage provides a gentle massage for people who are experiencing or recovering from cancer. This gentle treatment can provide respite from the physical and emotional stress that can occur when dealing with this illness.

Pregnancy Massage is a full-body massage with the mother lying on her side. It can help relieve pressure on joints, ligaments and organs which can often be a cause of discomfort and pain during pregnancy. This is a wonderfully relaxing and supportive treatment for both mother and unborn baby.

Indian Head Massage is a wonderfully relaxing massage releasing all the tension from your head, neck and shoulders. Areas massaged are the upper back, neck, shoulders, head and face. I usually complete this experience with a few minutes Reiki healing. This treatment lasts for 45 mins. Cost £45. Why not treat yourself to 30 mins Indian Head Massage and 30 mins back massage?

Aromatherapy Massage using quality aromatic essential oils will give you a truly relaxing, healing experience. Essential oils are known for their therapeutic qualities, particularly effective for stress and pain relief, and, of course, they are all natural.

I will tailor the blend of oils to your own needs and you are welcome to take home any leftover oil for your own use. (I will charge an extra £5 for essential oils on top of cost below)
